- Managing of global licenses and ensuring license-compliance for all software products in the company
- Handling software procurement and processing purchase orders in our internal shop system
- Software asset and contract management
- Processing support requests and taking over basic troubleshooting
- Supporting the annual budget planning regarding maintenance costs as well as the necessary license renewals in the business year
Your profile
- Degree in a relevant field of study
- Professional experience in software license management
- Advanced expertise in using MS Office, Excel and Teams
- Team player, collaborative and supportive
- Experience in an international working environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English, German language skills are beneficial
- Quick perception, independent working style and hands-on mentality as well as resilience and flexibility
