Project Manager (f/m/x) for international construction projects

Team International in Stuttgart is looking for an open-minded and agile Project Manager (f/m/x), with charisma and leadership skills, who knows how to adapt to the changes and challenges of the project and enjoys working in an international team. - Project Management in highly demanding international projects, from the design phase, through tendering and awarding to the construction phase
- Management of multidisciplinary teams with a clear international focus
- Management and control of deadlines, costs and building qualities
- Definition of project parameters in terms of communication, organizational chart, structure, and reporting
- Creation of feasibility studies, economic feasibility studies and user requirement reports as well as communication with all project participants
- Expansion of existing customer relationships as well as first point of contact for our international customers
Ihr Profil
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in international project management
- Good communication skills, as well as empathy for working with people from other cultures and the ability to handle the difficulties of working on projects with multiple languages
- High level of English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of other languages will be a plus. Intermediate level of German is essential
- Previous experience in automotive, e-mobility, battery production, industrial or hydrogen production will be considered as a plus
- Proven experience of using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, basic knowledge of Navisworks, Revit, Visio and Power BI as a plus, but not mandatory
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings (2D and 3D/BIM) and technical, legal and contractual documents
- Knowledge in international leases, contracts, and construction practices, basic knowledge of Lean or Agile methodology, as well as BIM principles
- Willingness to travel and international mobility
