HVAC Engineer / Project Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks
As an HVAC Engineer / Project Manager you will participate in various projects using your operational experience and knowledge. You will be the first point of contact for your team, clients and contractors and will support them in all arising topics.- Property / Works supervision in the HVAC field
- Economic execution of construction projects within the specified fee framework as well as monitoring of the projects´ budgets and, if necessary, the development of countermeasures
- Safe and sound application of cost / supplement and change management
- Coordination of the interfaces between the technical trades and the building construction trades
- Scheduling, controlling, and monitoring
- Compliant processing and billing
- Point of Contact to the Clients´ project team
Your profile
- Degree in Mechanical, HVAC engineering or similar qualification
- Work experience in HVAC, building technology engineering, construction / object supervision and project management
- Work supervision license
- Good knowledge of Autocad, BIM, MS Office and MS Project
- Independent and responsible way of working, assertiveness, and good communication skills
- International work experience and intercultural competence
- Fluency in English, Polish, as well as German
