Your tasks
Are you a specialist in technical building services, specifically in electrical engineering or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing)?

This role is based in our Madrid or Barcelona office. Some travel within Spain will be required.
Who will be successful in this role?
You will be supporting, leading and developing sustainable, innovative concepts and solutions for new buildings and refurbishments, akin to creating economic planning specifications or system planning. You will be holistically assessing electrical engineering or HVAC specialist planning in all design phases, identifying planning and interface gaps, and detecting optimisation potentials. This role requires you to manage planning meetings and monitor quality with solution-oriented ideas. You will demonstrate added value for all project participants such as users, investors, operators, and designers. You will be tasked with exciting assignments in the areas of Smart Building, BIM, Lean, and other innovative service areas. You will combine a deep technical background in building services with a strong product sense and excellent communication skills to define, explain, and execute your vision. To excel in this role as a Project Engineer in the construction sector, you need to be capable of collaborating with top-tier engineers from various disciplines within the building industry. Additionally, you should possess social intelligence to effectively interact and communicate within your team and with clients. The ability to unravel complex ideas and processes, simplifying them for understanding and implementation, is also crucial for success in this role.

Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Building Technologies / Services, or a related field (Master Degree) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience in the areas of project execution, design, consulting or construction in the area of building technologies .
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences in Spanish and English.
