Technical Building Services Engineer (f/m/d)

From planning to realisation, you will lead meetings, review results and keep an eye on our customers' needs. - Consulting our clients on building services topics on national and international projects in all design and construction phases
- Leading design meetings and prioritizing the respective design topics
- Review and discussion of design documents
- Verification and integration of customer-specific room and process media requirements in the project
- Continuous assurance of user requirements over the entire duration of the project
- Identification and development of alternative solutions and added values
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with our experts (from project management, construction management, planning, etc.)
Ihr Profil
- Successfully completed studies in the field of building services engineering, climate engineering, energy technology or comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in the areas of design, calculation, consulting or construction
- German and English language skills on C level or above
- Great interest in optimization, quality assurance and achievement of ecological and economic goals
- Quick comprehension skills combined with analytical and networked thinking
- Solution-orientated negotiating skills and a good sense for people and issues in the respective project situation
