Your tasks
- Conduct projects from inception, completion to handover
- Lead meetings and consult our customers in all respects
- Develop and monitor project plans and schedules to set projects up and mitigate risks
- Effective control, review and audit the costs of projects
- Be responsible for project delivery including Quality Management
- Support the positioning of the company by contributing to ideas and strategies for the growth of the business
Your profile
- A completed master’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management or similar
- Professional experience of at least 5 years in project management, property management, engineering or real estate consulting
- Ability to inspire confidence and deal with your team, clients and contractors at all levels in a proactive way
- Good MS-Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Independent and structured work approach, very good communication skills, reliability
- Excellent English skills, further languages are welcomed
