Your tasks
- Implementation of consulting projects regarding strategy, organisation and processes within the real estate life cycle
- Leading Technical Due Diligence processes
- Managing feasibility studies/ projects development/ projects monitoring/ tenant-user experience in an autonomous and responsible manner
- Ensuring projects compliance with Swedish/ EU applicable norms and standards
- Networking and maintaining contacts with investors, owners and users
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, facility management or a similar qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field
- Good knowledge of the Swedish construction and real estate market, and existing customer network
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Strong consulting and analytical thinking skills
- Structured and independent way of working
