Senior Consultant for Real Estate - Technical Due Diligence

Your tasks

  • Independent implementation of consulting projects regarding strategy, organisation and processes within the real estate life cycle
  • Leading Technical Due Diligence processes
  • Managing feasibility studies/ projects development/ projects monitoring/ tenant-user experience in an autonomous and responsible manner
  • Development of business, services as well as operating concepts
  • Ensuring project compliance with Swedish/ EU applicable norms and standards
  • Networking and maintaining contacts with investors, owners and users
Business Development:
  • Develop and extend your existing professional network
  • Acquire projects and clients as well as make initial contact. The aim is to develop an effective long-term relationships with our clients
  • Client management which contains process inquiries, negotiation of quotes, contract preparation and signing
Internal Organization:
  • Effective control, review and audit the costs of projects
  • Daily operation: Lead, develop, manage and motivate a high performing team
  • Collaboration in financial management which includes invoicing and capacity planning
  • Support the positioning of the company by contributing to ideas and strategies for the growth of the business
  • Quality management (e.g. quality officer support, participation in audits and certification, Training)

Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, facility management or a similar qualification
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field
  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish construction and real estate market
  • Existing customer network
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Strong consulting and analytical thinking skills
  • Structured and independent way of working
