Project Leader (f/m/d) Plants for the production of green hydrogen and synthetic fuels

We are filling this role at our Munich location.
Your Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the development and realisation of energy and process plant projects - with a focus on projects for the production and application of green hydrogen and synthetic fuels
- Taking on the role of project manager, including proactive management of projects from project initiation through to realisation
- Organisational and technical leadership of the assigned project team as well as ensuring efficient project execution, taking into account the objectives of the client and Drees & Sommer
- Technical, economic and organisational responsibility for project progress
- Supporting the project team and ensuring efficient integration of internal expertise as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring efficient communication with the client and all relevant internal and external stakeholders
Your profile
- Successfully completed technical studies with a focus on mechanical engineering, process engineering, plant engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of interdisciplinary professional and project management experience in plant construction with a focus on highly complex energy and process plants
- Strong project management skills in the context of process plants incl. planning know-how, knowledge of process plants for hydrogen production or synthetic fuels desirable
- Willingness to travel nationally (approx. 30%)
- Very good written and spoken English skills and/or ideally business fluent German
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and assertiveness coupled with strong communication skills, high level of initiative and intrinsic motivation
