If you enjoy implementing commercial project tasks and carrying out system-based cost tracking, as well as managing associated documents, then we look forward to receiving your application for our project office at Frankfurt Airport for the construction of the Terminal 3.We are seeking you for these tasks:
- Assisting the responsible construction managers and cost managers in processing commercial project tasks, such as reviewing incoming invoices for construction projects and further processing them using common office software
- Independently filing correspondence, preliminary measurements, invoices, and entering them into a database, distributing them to the appropriate handlers, monitoring the progress, and assisting handlers in drafting response letters
- Assisting in research and inquiries
Your profile
- Completed training in the commercial field or several years of professional experience in a similar field, we also give entrants from a different field a chance and part time applicants are welcomed
- Precise handling of contracts and invoices
- Proficiency with computers, especially Excel and the MS Office
- English or German at native level in both written and spoken communication
- Enjoyment in processing large amounts of data, invoices, and related correspondence
- High level of concentration and structured working method
- Team spirit and enjoyment in work
