Your tasks
- Providing general administration and organizational support to our managing director and the team
- Supporting project documentation and administration, including PowerPoint presentations, project offers and reports
- Preparing performance certificates and invoices for clients, as well as administering invoices received from third parties and collaborating closely with the accounting department.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, bookings, and travel expenses for the team, and reporting expenses to the accounting team
- Handling correspondence and managing phone calls effectively
- Assisting in the organization of company events
Your profile
- A completed study degree, training, or similar qualification
- Three or more years of experience in a similar office management position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively
