Your tasks

  • Facility Management strategies and /or reviews
  • Service specification and Performance Management Models
  • Service and cost benchmarking
  • Tender process and procurement activity
  • Supplier proposal analysis
  • Service measurement and audits
  • Mystery shopper surveys
  • Industry events and networking  

Your profile

  • BIFM membership or other relevant associations, i.e. RICS
  • Facilities Management qualification or evidence of having undertaken Facility Management training courses
  • Previous experience of managing Facility Management services or contracts
  • Ability to inspire confidence and to deal with clients and contractors at all levels 
  • Self-motivated with ability to work unsupervised and in new environments
  • Ability to travel within the UK and mainland Europe
