Control Technician (m/f/d) Control Engineering, Manufacturing plant

Your tasks

You are responsible for the comprehensive project support for our customers in the automotive, aviation and manufacturing industry and always have the big picture in mind. In the position as a Control Technician in the area of Control Engineering you and your colleges offer all disciplines from a single source, from conception to technical specification. Your tasks in detail:
  • Independent planning of customer projects based on product and process requirements
  • Conceptual design of plant control systems including interfaces at job-floor level
  • Planning of functional and technical interfaces to higher-level departmental and production control systems
  • Planning and monitoring project progress in terms of quality, time and costs
  • You are contact person for control-related issues and responsible for the supplier and customer communication
  • Reporting and presentation of the project status to the management
  • Technical support of the project team or assumption of project leadership

Your profile

  • Successfully completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering or comparable studies
  • Project and professional experience in the area of production with regard to planning or from the point of view of plant suppliers
  • Good knowledge of control engineering with regard to SPS as well as visualisations
  • Technical understanding and affinity for innovations in control technology
  • Flexibility to travel/work on international projects
  • Strong communication skills, initiative and sociability
  • Good comprehension skills as well as social and professional competence
